Tasting Notes Martins White Port
Nose: A perfumed and engaging aroma, dominated by fresh and floral tones.
Palate: Light and delicately sweet. Suggestions of honeyed pear and ripe quince linger over toasted almonds.
Finish: Well balanced, sharp acidity blends maturely with the sweet complexion.
Martins de Sá white port is a light straw colour with a sweetness similar to honey and jelly with white fruit nuances that resembles pear or apple jam. It has a wonderful fruity intensity with a great balance between acidity and sweetness. White Port is best enjoyed slightly chilled and is especially refreshing served with tonic water.

Tasting Notes Martins Ruby Port
Nose: Rich, sweet and a slight tingle of spice.
Palate: Red fruit burst to life, ripe plum and sweet cherry blends beautifully with sharp raspberry.
Finish: Full bodied with good depth.
Martins de sá Ruby Port is a bright and young drink with delicious fruity flavours reminiscent of cherry, raspberry and redcurrant. It is full bodied and dense. being bottled early in life, it has little exposure to oxygen, thus it is able to retain its fresh youthfulness. Tasting Notes Martins Tawny
Nose: Aromas of sweet, red fruit jam and dried fruit linger playfully.
Palate: Smooth, fine wood is joined by hazelnut and vanilla to temper the sweet fruity tones.
Finish: Medium length, with a slightly acidic finish.
Martins de Sá Tawny Port is a dark amber colour with flavours reminding us of plums and fruit jams, with hints of hazelnut and dried fruit, It is well balanced between acidity and sweetness, slightly woody with a good finish. It pairs beautifully with charcuterie, cheese and desserts... due to its youthfulness its perfectly enjoyable on its own, or in a cocktail or spritzer.
