Yerburgh’s Jam Jar Gin

A refreshing citric hit that comes from raspberry leaves, followed by a long creamy finish. Fresh, delicious and uplifting.

The Yerburgh's Story

We set out to make a gin that captured the summer leafiness and freshness of a British country garden. Years in the making, we’ve developed a rather special gin, with a distinctive, marvellously refreshing flavour.

It took us over two years to perfect our distinctive and delicious – “raspberries and cream” flavour – and it has won international awards from Global Gin Masters, IWSC to San Francisco World Spirits.

We share our gin in a beautiful, classic mason jar that you can use again and again – for everything from a cocktail shaker to growing your own botanicals.

Light and lemony with a soft top – just like a lemon meringue pie. Delicious with or without the egg-white – as you prefer. Either way, you’re in for a treat.

1.5 shots Jam Jar Gin
1 shot St. Germain elderflower liqueur
0.25 shot lemon juice
0.25 shot lime juice
Half an egg-white
Pop the ingredients into a cocktail tin with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into cocktail glass.
The elderflower of the St Germain, combines beautifully with the creaminess of Jam Jar Gin and the lemon and lime underline the citric bite. Tremendous
Gin and tropic

The grapefruit bite, sharpness of the wine and creamy sweetness of Benedictine combine beautifully with the gin to create a sharp, fruity drink with a satisfying punch.
