Spending a minimum of twelve years in hand-selected traditional oak and sherry casks, it develops a rich character. The aroma presents red apples and warm spices, leading to a smooth palate layered with notes of sherried fruit, dark chocolate, and ginger. A warm, lingering finish completes the experience.
