Almave Ambar
Distilled from Blue Weber Agave in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, this amber-hued non-alcoholic spirit delivers notes of cooked agave, caramel, and toasted wood. Developed by Lewis Hamilton and Master Distiller Iván Saldaña, the process utilises traditional distillation to capture agave's essence without fermentation. Housed in a textured glass bottle, it concludes with a spicy finish and is best enjoyed over ice.
