Produced by the Rossi d'Asiago distillery in the Veneto region of Italy, Antica Cherry is a premium flavored sambuca that successfully bridges the gap between traditional anise spirits and fruity liqueurs. Unlike many flavored sambucas that can feel "candy-like," Antica uses a high-quality base of star anise and essential oils, infused with natural cherry extracts. It is particularly well-known for its deep red hue and its ability to add a "Black Forest" profile to cocktails.
