Bodegas R. López de Heredia, Viña Tondonia 2005
Crafted following ultra-traditional methods, this highly celebrated 2005 Rioja Gran Reserva showcases an exceptional evolutionary balance born from over a decade of patient ageing in old oak vats and well-seasoned barrels. It unfolds with a savory, complex bouquet of dried red berries, leather, vanilla, and pipe tobacco, leading into a medium-bodied, remarkably fresh palate defined by vibrant acidity and silkily polished tannins.
