Bolla Pinot Grigio Rétro
Bolla Pinot Grigio is a highly regarded, premium expression of classic northern Italian Pinot Grigio produced by the historic Casa Vinicola Bolla, a winery founded in Veneto in 1883. Unlike standard, ultra-lean commercial Pinot Grigios, the \"Rétro\" designation signifies a throwback to traditional, high-quality winemaking methods, most notably aging the wine surlie (on its yeast lees) to add depth and complex texture.
