Fermented entirely in aged oak barrels, this 2014 vintage cuvée blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. Aromas of cherry and toasted hazelnut lead into a palate defined by a fine mousse and a saline finish. Presented in a traditional wooden gift box, it reflects the artisanal hand-riddling and disgorging processes still practised at the house in Aÿ.
