Presented in the house's signature bottle, this Blanc de Noirs is composed entirely of Pinot Noir with the 2016 vintage at its core. Extensive cellar ageing yields a profile where notes of cherry and fruit stone transition into a rich, saline finish. This edition highlights the Verzenay terroir and is a suitable accompaniment to roasted poultry or thin slices of cured ham.
