Chapel Down Rose Reserve
The Chapel Down Rosé Reserve is an award-winning English sparkling wine, celebrated for its crisp, fresh palate and elegant notes of red fruits and brioche. Made in Kent using the traditional method, it is a popular alternative to champagne. produced using the traditional method, involving cool fermentation in stainless steel and full malolactic conversion. It is then aged on fine lees in the bottle for an average of 18 months, which adds complexity and a rounder texture. The 2021 vintage is made from 96% Pinot Noir and 4% Early Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from vineyards across the South East of England.
