Château de Fesles Bonnezeaux

Grown on the slate slopes of the Loire Valley, these Chenin Blanc grapes undergo multiple harvests to ensure the influence of noble rot. The resulting wine presents a concentrated profile of honey, dried apricot, and acacia, balanced by a characteristic refreshing acidity. Produced by an estate dating back to the 11th century, it is best served chilled alongside blue cheese or rich fruit desserts.
