Château d'Yquem, Sauternes, 2020, Half

Originating from the only Premier Cru Supérieur estate in Bordeaux, the 2020 vintage is produced from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Hand-harvested fruit affected by noble rot creates a profile of apricot, honey, and tropical notes. Presented in a 375ml half bottle, the wine is aged in new oak to develop its golden colour and rich texture. Serve chilled with fruit-based desserts.
