Citadelle Jardin d'Été, Gin
Inspired by the summer gardens at Château de Bonbonnet, twenty-two botanicals including whole lemons, yuzu zest, and melon flesh are distilled to create this French gin. Small copper pot stills and an open flame process result in a bright citrus profile with delicate fruity undertones. Housed in a textured blue glass bottle, it is best served with tonic and a lemon twist for a crisp finish.
