Fife-grown barley and seasonal distillation cycles define the character of this Lowland single malt from the Cuthbert family farm. Matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, the spirit features notes of orchard fruit, vanilla, and grass. Production at the estate occurs only during the quiet summer and winter months, maintaining a traditional, small-batch approach to Scotch whisky.
