Produced in the Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte de Nuits, this Pinot Noir originates from biodynamically farmed vines in Gevrey-Chambertin. Maturation in French oak develops a profile of red cherries, forest floor, and floral notes. The 2023 vintage exhibits silky tannins and a refined finish. It pairs well with roasted duck or earthy mushroom dishes.
