Grown on the south-facing slopes of the Mont-de-Milieu Premier Cru vineyard, this 2019 Chardonnay reflects the Pinson family's heritage in Chablis since 1640. Notes of citrus zest and white peach are balanced by a flinty minerality from ageing in stainless steel and oak. A crisp acidity and concentrated texture lead to a long, saline finish. Serve chilled with grilled seafood or poultry.
