Produced from malted barley and distilled in Scotland's tallest stills, this ten-year-old spirit matures in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. Ripening peaches and citrus balance with creamy vanilla and floral notes on the nose. The finish is clean with lingering hints of orange. Serve neat, with a drop of water, or over ice to highlight its characteristics.
