Gran Enemigo Agrelo, 2021
Grown in the high-altitude soils of Agrelo, Mendoza, this 2021 vintage blend is primarily composed of Cabernet Franc. It presents a profile of dark forest fruits, cracked black pepper, and subtle balsamic notes. Ageing in traditional large oak foudres develops the structured palate and firm tannins. A deep ruby colour precedes a long, complex finish. Serve at room temperature alongside grilled meats or aged cheeses.
