Known as the \"Mountain Forest\" malt, this refreshing single malt is crafted in Suntory’s high-altitude distillery amidst the deep forests of Mt. Kaikomagatake, utilizing both lightly peated and heavily peated malts. The palate is crisp and incredibly vibrant, offering a clean symphony of green apple, cooling mint, and cucumber, all underpinned by a delicate, signature waft of forest smoke and a hint of pine.
