Produced at the Kyoto Distillery using a rice spirit base, this Navy Strength expression features eleven botanicals including yellow yuzu, sansho pepper, and gyokuro tea. Its name, Sei, refers to the power of the higher proof, which intensifies notes of citrus and ginger. Distilled in six groups and blended with Fushimi water, the spirit delivers a warming finish well-suited for a Gin and Tonic.
