Kicksi Concentrated Sour Acid Blend, 5 Lit
Providing a consistent and sharp acidity, the blend of acids serves as a shelf-stable alternative to fresh citrus juice. Each 5-litre container holds a clear, concentrated liquid designed to balance sweetness in cocktails and mocktails with precision. A neutral profile allows the primary flavours of spirits and mixers to shine through while providing a crisp, sour finish.
