L’Entremetteuse, Four Skins
Made by French expat Laurence Réal in Chile’s Colchagua Valley, L’Entremetteuse \"Four Skins\" is a bold, low-intervention orange wine. The name is a cheeky play on the four white grape varieties used in the blend, all of which undergo extended contact with their skins to create a wine with the soul of a white and the structure of a red.
