Lillet Rouge is a classic French, red wine-based aperitif known for its rich, ruby color and notes of dark berries, fresh oranges, vanilla, and spices. It is made in Podensac, south of Bordeaux, from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and fruit liqueurs.
