Maxime Trijol - VSOP
Crafted in Saint-Martial-sur-Né from Ugni Blanc grapes, the spirit undergoes double distillation on the lees in Charentais copper stills. It ages in Limousin oak barrels to develop a profile of floral vine blossom and stone fruits such as apricot. Subtle notes of vanilla emerge on the palate, leading to a persistent finish. This VSOP Cognac is often served neat or over ice.
