Produced in Puglia, this robust red utilises the traditional appassimento method to concentrate sugars within the Primitivo grapes. An intense bouquet of ripe plums and dark berries leads to a palate of rich fruit flavours and subtle spice. A full-bodied mouthfeel and velvety tannins provide a smooth, lingering finish that complements hearty pasta dishes or grilled meats.
