Monte Alban Mezcal

A classic Mezcal (not Tequila) from Oaxaca, Mexico is an authentic, smoky, and earthy flavor profile. In early years, it's iconic inclusion of an agave \"worm\" (which is actually a moth larva) in the bottle, was a signature selling point. Monte Alban Mezcal no longer includes the agave worm in their bottles due to shortages, though historically it did as a traditional marker of authenticity and for novelty.
