Nixta Licor de Elote is a unique Mexican corn liqueur made from ancestral cacahuazintle maize, using the ancient nixtamalization process (soaking corn in alkaline solution) to unlock deep flavors, resulting in notes of sweet corn, cornbread, vanilla, and caramel, excellent for sipping or in cocktails like a Mexican Old Fashioned.
