Hailing from the volcanic soils of Pukanec, Slovakia, the aromatic Devin grape variety defines this still white wine. Notes of apricot, rose petals, and exotic spices characterise the palate, balanced by a mineral backbone. Produced through spontaneous fermentation, Papillon Devin features a butterfly label and pairs well with spicy curries or aromatic Thai cuisine.
