Precious Day Cremant de Bordeaux
Unlike common Crémants from Alsace or the Loire, this Bordeaux version uses a unique blend of 60% Sémillon and 40% Merlot. All grapes are entirely hand-harvested and subjected to secondary fermentation inside the bottle, followed by a minimum of 12 months of cellar aging.
