Hailing from the hillsides of the Aconcagua Valley, this 2016 vintage reflects a cool season through a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Carmenere. Notes of red berries and blackcurrant meet hints of spice on the palate, supported by firm tannins and balanced acidity. Ageing in French oak and biodynamic cultivation ensure a refined structure. Best served decanted to allow the flavours to develop.
