Produced as a single-vineyard champagne from the Marquetterie estate, this blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir uses a 'green harvest' to concentrate fruit flavours. Partial vinification in oak casks adds notes of toasted brioche and vanilla to the palate. A deep golden appearance leads to a full-bodied finish, pairing effectively with roasted poultry or seafood.
