Trois Rivières Blanc is a legendary \"Rhum Agricole\" from Martinique, distinguished by its AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) status. Unlike most white rums made from molasses, this is distilled from 100% fresh sugarcane juice grown in the sun-drenched, mineral-rich soils of the island’s southern tip. It is most famous for its punchy 50% ABV bottling (100 proof), which is considered the \"gold standard\" for traditional Caribbean mixing, though a lighter 40% ABV version is also available.
