Zind-Humbrecht, Zind Chardonnay

Zind-Humbrecht Zind 2018 (75cl) is a unique and creative white blend from one of Alsace's most prestigious biodynamic producers. While it is often referred to as a Chardonnay, it is technically a blend of Chardonnay (70%) and Auxerrois (30%). Because Chardonnay is not a permitted grape for still wines in the Alsace AOP, this wine is classified as a Vin de France, though it is crafted with the same Grand Cru-level care as the rest of the domaine's portfolio.
